JEFF ANDERSON
As Executive in Charge of Production, Jeff Anderson oversees all budgetary, scheduling, legal and financial matters for Fly On The Wall Entertainment. Jeff has spent a decade working alongside Allison Grodner to produce powerful unscripted television and documentary films. He began his TV career in 1996 producing scripted children’s programming.
ELVIA VAN ES OLIVA
As Senior Vice President of Development, Elvia Van Es Oliva oversees all creative aspects of show development, shepherding Fly On The Wall projects from concept to casting to series production. Elvia’s career in television started as an assistant on Rescue 911 and she has worked her way up the ranks to showrunner / Executive Producer. She has developed and produced competition shows, docu-series, formats and documentaries for major cable and broadcast networks including ABC, NBC, CBS, TLC, Style, Syfy, Animal Planet, MTV, Vh1, and A&E.
SCOTT PASKOFF
Over 15 years in the entertainment industry, Scott Paskoff has developed and produced groundbreaking reality television programming for the major and cable networks alike including The Surreal Life, MTVs The Challenge, America’s Next Top Model, The Bachelorette, Bachelor Pad and Big Brother. In February 2013, Scott joined FOTW as the Director of Development.
ASHLEY LEWELLING
Over 8 years in the entertainment industry, Ashley Lewelling has cast and produced some of TV’s most innovative shows including: Million Dollar Listing, Comedy Central’s Roast of Roseanne, and America’s Got Talent. Ashley joined FOTW full-time as the Manager of Development in February 2013.
