Going into it’s 17th season in Summer 2015, Big Brother is the ultimate reality competition series. Every summer, a new group of contestants moves into the Big Brother house where dozens cameras and microphones record their every move, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In the house, they are completely cut off from the outside world – no phone, no internet, no television, no reading and no contact with anyone except their fellow competitors. Their only mission is to compete with each other for food, luxuries, privileges and power. There are only two ways out of the Big Brother house – to be evicted by your fellow house guests, or to be the last person standing to claim the $500,000 grand prize.
