Emmy-nominated and Emmy Award-winning producers Rich Meehan and Allison Grodner are co-founders and co-CEOs of Fly on the Wall Entertainment, a powerhouse in unscripted television with over 10,000 hours of live and taped programming. They are the creative forces behind the enduringly popular Big Brother, which has captivated audiences for 27 seasons, including Celebrity Big Brother and the holiday-themed spinoff, Big Brother Reindeer Games.
Meehan and Grodner have expanded Fly on the Wall's reach across multiple platforms, producing critically acclaimed shows like Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis on Amazon Freevee and FOX’s Crime Scene Kitchen. Known for their innovative approach, they have developed original formats such as Million Dollar Mile with LeBron James, Plain Jane, and Summer Camp. They are also known for Flip or Flop Atlanta, The Joe Schmo Show, and Big Rich Texas.
Fly on the Wall is also a leader in live event and live-stream programming, producing groundbreaking events like Taylor Swift: Lover's Lounge, Katy Perry: Witness World Wide, Will Smith: The Jump, Bear Witness, Take Action, and The Creator Games with Mr. Beast.
Sean Perez
SVP OF PRODUCTION
As the Senior VP of Production at Fly On The Wall Entertainment, Sean Perez is responsible for managing all aspects related to budgeting, scheduling, production, legal, and financial matters. With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Sean has worked on a diverse range of TV genres, including game shows like The Weakest Link, reality competitions such as The Ultimate Fighter for Pilgrim Media Group, various dating and reality series for 51 Minds Entertainment, and shows like Basketball Wives for Truly Original. He has also been involved in multiple home renovation series and TLC series including 1000lb Sisters and 1000lb Best Friends. Most recently, he served as the VP of Production at Scout Productions, where he supervised productions like Legendary and The Hype for HBO Max. Sean started his television career in 1999 at Peter Engel Productions, working on scripted programming for Saturday mornings. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with nearly every major broadcast and cable network, as well as streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Freevee, and Max.
