Allison Grodner is a founding partner at Fly on the Wall Entertainment. She is an Emmy-award winning producer and is the creator and Executive Producer of the US version of the popular, groundbreaking series, “Big Brother.” Currently on its 24th season on CBS, Big Brother continues to dominate the summer schedule on multiple platforms, broadcasting three nights a week on the network, late night on “Big Brother After Dark” and 24/7 live on the Paramount+ live feeds.

Rich Meehan is a founding partner at Fly on the Wall Entertainment. Meehan's executive producer credits include CW's reality romantic comedy series, "Plain Jane," two seasons of VH1's "You're Cut Off," NBC's "The Real Wedding Crashers" and TVLAND's "She's Got the Look." Meehan began his career on the Peabody Award-winning series "Biorhythm," going on to produce "Celebrity Mole," "Bands on the Run," 'Temptation Island," "Cannonball Run," "Get this Party Started," "Mad Mad House" and the Emmy-award winning "Amazing Race."

As Executive in Charge of Production, Jeff Anderson oversees all budgetary, scheduling, production, legal and financial matters for Fly On The Wall Entertainment. Jeff has spent two decades working alongside Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan to produce powerful unscripted television and documentary programming. His knowledge of the latest broadcast and streaming technologies adds to an impressive core team at FOTW. Jeff began his TV career in 1996 producing scripted children's programming and has worked with nearly every broadcast and cable television network, including streaming services such as YouTube Originals.

As EVP of Development, Agans oversees the company’s diverse slate of projects in development across broadcast, cable and streaming platforms. Since joining Fly on the Wall in 2014, Agans has created, developed and executive produced dozens of unscripted series, live events, specials and pilots including: Flip or Flop Atlanta (HGTV), Build Small, Live Anywhere (HGTV), This is Life Live (TLC), Katy Perry: Witness World Wide (YouTube), A Day in the Live (YouTube), Million Dollar Mile (CBS), Crime Scene Kitchen (FOX), Flipping Showdown (HGTV), and Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis (IMDbTV). An Emmy nominated producer and seasoned television executive, Agans' career in entertainment has spanned 20 years, beginning in the mailroom at William Morris Endeavor. He has since created, developed and produced unscripted shows and content for virtually every TV network and media platform, while working for some of the most renowned production, distribution and media entities in the world including: Yahoo! (Nissan Live Sets), RDF USA (Wife Swap), Zodiak USA (Secret Millionaire), 3 Ball Entertainment (The Biggest Loser), and Electus (Food Fighters).
